Dog the Bounty Hunter: Targeted With Death Threats
Fri, 18 May 2012 06:47:36 EST
Between his tracking down fugitives and reality TV career, someone really hates the Dog the Bounty Hunter. Badly enough to make him contact the authorities.
An unknown enemy of Duane "Dog the Bounty Hunter" Chapman is making his feelings evident, sending his family many email death threats of late.
The FBI is investigating the threats on Dog's life.

On April 30, a message to Chapman read, "I'm going to murder you. I'm going to come to Hawaii and murder you and your family in cold blood."
"You are next on my list and are the bane of society. I will deliver you to God."
Days later, another email was sent, and it's even worse. Read it post-jump:
"I'm going to murder you and your family. I'm going to slaughter your family. I'm going to cut the fat tits off your wife while I watch your children bleed."
"I want to see you cry, like you did everyday in prison. I want you to watch as your family gets massacred right in front of you."
"Then I'm going to f--k you in the ass with your f----t Indian beads."
The threats continued with talk about raping his children, "It will feel so great. The blood of the innocent gets me so hard. Bye, Duane."

The family released a statement saying, "The Chapmans are taking these threats seriously and are very concerned about the safety of their family."
"Duane Chapman said that when the person responsible is found, he will prosecute to the full extent of the law for the threats made against his family."
"A referral of the case has been made to the FBI in Honolulu."
Best wishes to Dog, his family, and the FBI pursuing this awful person.

New John Travolta Accuser: Gym Employee Alleges Groping
Thu, 17 May 2012 07:38:13 EST
Two days after the first accuser dropped his lawsuit, a new man has come forward accusing John Travolta of sexual misconduct, making for in all.
The fourth accuser is a gym employee who accuses the star of groping and fondling him against his will. Travolta's lawyer, obviously, denies it.
"As a result of the published lies about my client we expect some John Does to come out of the woodwork and assert false claims," Marty Singer said.

The previous three men are:
- John Doe #1, an anonymous masseur who hired Gloria Allred to represent him after being dropped by his previous attorney last week.
- An Atlanta based masseur, also anonymous, who alleges sexual assault at a hotel and who is being represented by Okorie Okorocha.
- Former Royal Caribbean employee Fabian Zanzi.
The gym employee-personal trainer claims he would open the gym for John Travolta when he was on location for a film shoot, after hours."
He did this as a courtesy for the Grease star, so he could enjoy privacy but maintain his fitness fir a physically challenging role he was doing.
The man says that inside the gym, John Travolta groped and fondled him against his will," though further details are scarce at this time.

Nick Stahl, Terminator 3 Actor, Goes Missing
Wed, 16 May 2012 06:36:48 EST
Nick Stahl, an actor best known for his role on Terminator 3, has been reported missing by his wife.

Law enforcement officials have confirmed to TMZ that the actor's wife filed the proper paperwork on Monday, stating she last saw the man behind John Connor on May 9.
There is reason to fear the worst, too, as Stahl's wife also told a court in February that Stahl was using drugs and often frequented the downtrodden Skid Row section of Los Angeles.
No word yet from Stahl's reps, but we'll update this story as news breaks.

Torii Hunter, Angels Outfielder, Takes Leave of Absence Following Son's Arrest
Tue, 15 May 2012 12:06:05 EST
Earlier this week, Torii Hunter took a leave of absence from the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, citing "a personal matter" for his departure from the team.
And now we appear to know why.

As first reported by The Dallas Morning News and a local NBC affiliate, five students at Prosper High School in Texas were arrested yesterday in conjunction with the sexual assault of a student - and one of them has been identified as Darius McClinton-Hunter, the MLB veteran's son.
McClinton-Hunter, 17, has been released from jail on $15,000 bail.
"This is very tough for a father," Hunter Tweeted last night. "Thanks for ur prayers and support. Be Blessed everyone!"
A Divison I football prospect, the younger Hunter has received scholarship offers from Utah, West Virginia, Wake Forest and Texas Tech.
Not much is known about the incident in question, but Prosper, Texas Assistant Police Chief Gary McHone said of the basis for the arrests:
"There's a lot of information we're receiving to date in terms of the actual alleged offenses. That's still part of our ongoing investigation."

Amber Portwood Mug Shots: Hey, Wake Up!
Tue, 15 May 2012 08:11:12 EST
Amber Portwood is really leaving her mark in our celebrity mug shots gallery.
After the Teen Mom train wreck was jailed for lying about a medical condition to get out of a mandated drug court appearance, she posed for the police cameras once again ... whether she remembers this is a different story.
See below:

In her latest booking photos, Amber can be seen either blinking or looking very tired / strung out. Maybe she just can't bear to look at her life slipping away.
Amber appears on the brink of some serious punishment if the accusations of lying to the court turn out to be true. Either way, she's in pretty bad shape.
Amber told local officials she couldn't show up for her drug test as she was on doctor-ordered bed rest following gall bladder surgery for 2-3 weeks.
A good excuse ... only officials called her bluff and her doctor said no such thing had been ordered. She also pulled a drug-test no show in March.
Hope the food is okay in jail. She could be there awhile.

Rebekah Brooks to Be Charged in Hacking Scandal; Police Allege Conspiracy, Obstruction of Justice
Tue, 15 May 2012 07:48:51 EST
UK Prosecutors will charge Rebekah Brooks, the former News Corp chief, with conspiring to obstruct justice in the media group's infamous hacking scandal.
The decision marks the first charges filed in a wide-ranging criminal investigation into wrongdoing at the U.S. media company's British tabloids.
Brooks, who served as editor of the News of the World and the Sun tabloids before running all of News Corp.'s newspapers in the U.K., is due to be charged by the Crown Prosecution Service with perverting the course of justice.

Prosecutors also plan to charge her husband, Charles Brooks; her former assistant; her chauffeur; and two men who provided security for Brooks.
The obstruction charges relate to the continuing police investigation into phone hacking and the alleged corruption of public officials by News Corp. titles.
Brooks has also been previously arrested on suspicion of corruption and conspiring to intercept communications, but she wasn't charged Tuesday in relation to either of the previous allegations. She remains on bail for those.
The planned charges spelled out by prosecutors date to July 6-19 of last year.
The phone-hacking scandal - the subject of a police probe since Jan. 2011 - boiled over following a July 5 article in the Guardian alleging that the News of the World hacked the phone of a missing teenage girl, who was later found dead.
Days later, News Corp. shut down the News of the World after 168 years.
Rebekah Brooks, a longtime protégé of News Corp. Chairman and Chief Executive Rupert Murdoch, faces three charges in the sensational case.

Fabian Zanzi, Third John Travolta Accuser, Did Not Initially Claim Sexual Assault
Tue, 15 May 2012 06:44:59 EST
John Travolta asked a room steward, Fabian Zanzi, on a Royal Caribbean cruise line to give him a neck massage in his room, according to the incident report.
Zanzi, the third man to allege sexual misconduct against by the actor this month, did not originally mention any overt sexual overture on Travolta's part.
Zanzi claims he was delivering something to Travolta's room when the star asked for a neck massage. Fabian claimed he obliged ... and it got awkward.

Travolta "then told him he was beautiful and invited him to visit him that night," but Zanzi refused, citing company policy barring fraternizing with guests.
Fabian Zanzi reported the incident and was disciplined for the neck massage, itself a violation of the no-fraternization rule. He was subsequently fired.
Fabian now says the encounter was much more than described in the incident report, claiming John Travolta opened his robe and gave him a big hug.
While offering him $12,000 for sex and silence ... and fully erect.
Travolta's attorney Marty Singer says in response to the Royal Caribbean report, "The report now confirms Mr. Zanzi fabricated his story about my client."
"He never stated that my client did anything wrong. Obviously, if he engaged in any inappropriate conduct he would have reported it to his supervisors."
The John Travolta scandal has already taken some surprising turns.
His first accuser was dropped by his attorney after messing up the date of the alleged sexual battery. The second is reportedly trying to settle via mediation.
